WHAT IS WASA?

WASA is a group of female parishioners brought together by faith who enjoy Christian fellowship, seek spiritual enrichment, and are dedicated to serving others.

WHAT WE DO

  • Participate in monthly meetings (September through June) consisting of spiritual share, business discussions, guest speaker(s) and activities. And, of course, delicious light refreshments.

  • Host our Spring "Summer Fun in the Sun" raffle event as major fundraiser to support charitable works in the parish and around the community.

  • Support St. Ann’s Helping Hands ministry in assisting families who are experiencing needs of food, clothing and other necessities.

  • Fund two scholarship gifts for 8th grade graduates at St. Ann School who exemplify Catholic values in their daily live.

  • Collect supplies for our local Carmelite Sisters at the monastery in Coopersburg.

  • Assist and support other parish activities, including the annual Mass of Remembrance, Knights of Columbus events, and more.

  • Provide annual contribution to St. Ann's PREP program for classroom needs or admistrative needs as these young students are the future of our parish community.

  • Donate homemade baked goods to parish events as requested.

  • Maintain an active WASA Prayer Chain asking for God's grace and blessings for the health and safety of all members and their families.

  • Pay annual dues of $10.00 to cover our administrative costs
