Dear Pilgrims of Hope,

The year 2025 is a Jubilee Year in the Catholic Church! The theme chosen by Pope Francis for this Jubilee Year is “Pilgrims of Hope.” The Scriptures challenge all of us to be a pilgrim of hope to others.

The past forty days of Lent offered us a time to take a pilgrimage into the desert with Christ and to be transformed by the grace of God. Through our prayers, sacrifices, and charity, we hear the call to conversion, repentance, and offer Hope to others.

I invite you to enter into the mysteries of our faith this Holy Week. Encounter Jesus Christ in the sacrament of Penance. Experience His transforming love and mercy. Participate in the events of Holy Week. Let the past become present in these sacred ceremonies, as we await the Second Coming of Christ.

May this Holy Week be a blessed time of grace for you and your family. As fellow pilgrims, let us walk with the Lord on our faith journey as He leads us to be His Disciples.
